Job Description - Kitchen Helper - Part-Time

Kitchen Operations

Perform opening and closing duties.
Assist the cook in food preparation including frying, cooking soup, and cutting vegetables and meat according to SOP.
Perform Deep frying task, prepare salad, peel egg shell, make gyoza etc.

Food Preparation and Quality

Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
Prepare sauces, spices, seasonings and marinades based on standard recipes.

Cleaning and Kitchen Hygiene

Wash dishes, glassware, pots or pan.
Follow company safety SOP and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen.

Other Ad-hoc Duties

Handle any other duties assigned by Chef.

Work Schedule

This job has the following work schedule:

5 days / week
Retail hours
30 to 40 hours / week
Rotating shift
