Job Responsibilities｜工作职责

• The role mainly involves preparing ingredients, cooking noodles and completing orders during service.
  工作主要包括准备食材、烹煮面食及完成顾客订单。

• Prepare and cook noodle dishes by following simple company SOPs.
  按照公司简单易学的标准流程准备和烹煮面食。

• Prepare soup bases, sauces, meat, vegetables and toppings for daily use.
  准备日常所需的汤底、酱料、肉类、蔬菜及配料。

• Follow the correct portions and ensure food is fresh and consistent.
  按照正确分量准备食物，并确保食品新鲜及品质稳定。

• Handle multiple orders quickly and accurately during busy periods.
  在繁忙时段快速并准确地处理多份订单。

• Keep the cooking area, equipment and utensils clean and hygienic.
  保持烹饪区域、设备及用具清洁卫生。

• Assist with opening, closing, restocking and other simple outlet duties.
  协助开店、收档、补充食材及其他简单的门店工作。

Job Requirements｜任职要求

• At least 1 year of F&B or kitchen experience. Noodle cooking experience is preferred.
  至少1年餐饮或厨房工作经验，有面档烹饪经验者优先。

• Able to follow simple SOPs and learn the cooking steps.
  能够按照简单的标准流程工作并学习烹饪步骤。

• Able to work efficiently during busy meal periods.
  能够在用餐高峰时段高效工作。

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  具备基本食品卫生及厨房清洁知识。

• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with the team.
  有责任感、守时并具备团队合作精神。

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
  愿意根据安排轮班，并在周末及公共假期工作。
