Job Description
We are looking for hardworking and experienced baker to support our kitchen team : preparation of a variety of bread including

baguette/croissant/sourdough/ciabatta/focaccia/brioche/puff pastry etc.

Job description

- skills and experience in making and baking European bread

- skills and experience in lamination
- ingredients prep and baking, including handling of kitchen equipment.
- Baking and preparing, following recipes or instructions from head bakers or supervisor
- Able to handle and minimize wastage, including identifying spoilage of product.
- Manage and maintain quality standards and cleanliness.
- Monitoring ingredient stock and order placement.
- Able to communicate with customers and follow up on their orders.


Requirements
-Diploma or Certificate in Pastry & Baking , WSQ Basic Food and Hygiene certificate or similar is preferred.
-At least 5 years as baker or relevant experience.
-Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
-Willing to learn and accept feedback/criticism.
-Creative and Great attention to detail.
