Part-Time Kitchen Staff

Job Description

We are looking for Part-Time Kitchen Staff to support our food manufacturing and catering kitchen operations. The role involves food preparation, packing support, kitchen production assistance, cleaning duties, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

Hourly Rate:

S$13 – S$20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and basic kitchen production duties.
• Support catering preparation, portioning, packing, and order readiness.
• Assist chefs and kitchen team with assigned tasks.
• Wash, cut, prepare, and arrange ingredients where required.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen equipment, and kitchen areas.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organising ingredients or supplies.
• Support kitchen operations during peak periods.
• Report food quality issues, stock shortages, or equipment issues to the kitchen lead.
• Carry out other kitchen duties assigned by the kitchen management team.

Requirements

• Able to work in a food manufacturing, catering, or central kitchen environment.
• Able to follow kitchen instructions, SOPs, and hygiene requirements.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and cooperative.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Food hygiene certificate will be an advantage.
