Customer Service:
Greet and engage customers with a friendly attitude, answer basic questions, and ensure that each guest has a positive experience.
Order Taking & Processing:
Accurately take orders, handle cash or electronic transactions, and deliver orders in a timely manner.
Food Preparation & Service:
Assist with preparing menu items (if applicable), assembling orders, and ensuring that food is served according to quality and hygiene standards.
Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Keep the work area, dining space, and service counters clean and organized. This includes regular cleaning tasks and restocking supplies.
Team Support:
Work collaboratively with fellow crew members and supervisors to maintain service flow, resolve any issues, and adapt to busy periods.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

Open to both full-day and split-shift work, depending on the needs of the business.
