Part-Time Service Crew

Job Summary

The Part-Time Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. As a representative of our premium private tea restaurant, you will provide a welcoming experience for guests, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food and beverages are served according to the Company's quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus and answer customer enquiries.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.

• Serve food, beverages, and tea according to service standards.

• Clear and reset tables promptly.

• Handle customer requests and basic feedback professionally.

Teamwork

• Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure efficient operations.

• Assist other team members during busy periods.

• Participate in training sessions and learn company SOPs.

Other Duties

• Replenish consumables, packaging materials, and tableware.

• Report maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 16 years old.

• No experience required; training will be provided.

• Experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work at least 3 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Working Hours

• Flexible shift arrangements.

• Typical shift duration: 4–8 hours.

• Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred.

Salary

• Hourly Rate: SGD $10–$14 per hour (depending on experience).

• Additional incentives or allowances may be provided based on performance and company policy.
