The Part-Time Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. As a representative of our premium private tea restaurant, you will provide a welcoming experience for guests, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food and beverages are served according to the Company's quality and service standards.
Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and answer customer enquiries.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food, beverages, and tea according to service standards.
Clear and reset tables promptly.
Handle customer requests and basic feedback professionally.
Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure efficient operations.
Assist other team members during busy periods.
Participate in training sessions and learn company SOPs.
Replenish consumables, packaging materials, and tableware.
Report maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.
Minimum 16 years old.
No experience required; training will be provided.
Experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work at least 3 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Flexible shift arrangements.
Typical shift duration: 4–8 hours.
Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred.
Hourly Rate: SGD $10–$14 per hour (depending on experience).
Additional incentives or allowances may be provided based on performance and company policy.
