Part-Time Service Crew members are the frontline staff of our Chinese restaurant, responsible for ensuring excellent customer services, maintaining cleanliness and efficiently handling food and beverages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Order taking
• Serving food and beverage
• Addressing customer needs
• Up-selling and cross-selling
• Cashiering
• Maintaining professionalism
• Food preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Stocking supplies
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene policies and procedures
