⏰ Working Hours:
• Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm
• Saturday: 8am-12pm (Required to work every Sat during probation ; alternate Sat after confirmation)
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily hygiene inspections to maintain strict food safety standards.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process items and finished products.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning, sanitation, pest control and production records.
• Ensure that microbiological testing and laboratory analyses comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in handling customers' feedback and product rejections, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
• Support preparation for SFA inspections, internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing, food processing or central kitchen environment.
• Knowledgeable of SFA regulations and required documentation.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
