The Mooncake Casual Part Time is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service according to hotel Standard Operating Procedures in order to meet guests’ experience expectations.

Mooncake Quality Control

• Perform quality control (QC) checks to ensure mooncakes met food quality and packaging standards.
• Pack mooncakes accurately and efficiently according to production requirements.
• Handle stock receiving, replenishment and inventory.
• Performe heavy lifting of carton boxes as part of daily operations.
• Loading, unloading and transporting stocks.
