The Mooncake Casual Part Time is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service according to hotel Standard Operating Procedures in order to meet guests’ experience expectations.

Retail & Website Mooncake Booth Assistant

• To be stationed at our outdoor booth.
• Able to answer guest queries.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Customer service oriented.

Roadshow Assistant

• In charge of selling mooncake.
• Job includes introducing mooncakes, sampling and packing.

Corporate Booth Coordinator

• Assist our outdoor booth.
• Assist to dispatch corporate orders to logistic partners and guests.
• Assist in the packing of mooncakes before delivery.
