Job Summary

Join Aoki as a Service Crew member to support daily restaurant operations, deliver attentive customer service, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced Japanese fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations by coordinating front-of-house activities to ensure smooth service flow
• Operate cashier systems accurately to process customer payments efficiently
• Take customer orders attentively and serve food and beverages promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a welcoming dining environment
• Stock and organize bar and service stations to ensure availability of supplies during service
• Learn and communicate menu details confidently to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations
• Welcome guests warmly and respond to their needs to create an enjoyable dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant to uphold service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Japanese fine dining restaurant
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, reliable, and able to maintain cleanliness consistently
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Availability to work a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays
