**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Crew member to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining dining standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

**Job Description**
• Greet and serve customers with professionalism, taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area, including table setup, clearing, and sanitisation
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle customer enquiries or feedback courteously
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations during peak hours

**Job Requirements**
• Prior experience in F&B service is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a diverse team
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain upon employment)
