Tea Barista (Full-Time) - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tea and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take orders and handle cash / POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
• Comply food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Handle incoming calls and delivery orders accurately and promptly.
• Assist with stock preparation, replenishment, and basic inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to stand for long hours and perform light physical work.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented.
• Able to communicate in basic English or Chinese to serve customers and communicate with colleagues in daily operations.

Bonus:

• Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Candidates with Food Hygiene Cert will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a shorter notice period will have an added advantage.
