Job Description - Assistant Restaurant Manager / Captain - Part-Time

Morsels is hunting for an individual passionate about food, wine, people. Cheerful and with a great forthright attitude.

Sommelier & Barista experience is a plus.

Job Tasks:

setting up of tables and settings
checking on bar beverages, wines, sake etc
housekeeping of dining room, make sure everything is clean and tidy
take, key and serve orders
learn about our eclectic wine menu
make simple bar drinks
upsell to customers menu offerings
