Cashiering and promoting guest consumption through friendly attitude, attentive behaviour and strong product knowledge. Preparation of high-quality handcrafted beverages according to Gloria Jean’s standards as well as stocking the pastry showcase and preparing food. Maintaining cleanliness of the outlet at all times.

Responsibilities
• Reports to Outlet Manager. • Cashiering and promoting guest consumption through friendly attitude, attentive behaviour and strong product knowledge. • Preparation of high-quality handcrafted beverages according to Gloria Jean’s standards as well as stocking the pastry showcase and preparing food. • Maintaining cleanliness of the outlet at all times. • Assisting with weekly and monthly inventory stock take. • Developing genuine relationships with your colleagues and our guest through good communication skills. • Attend other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed • Preferably Female • Able to work in a fast pace environment • Willing to work Breakfast Shift, weekends and public holidays
