Greet customers as they approach the kiosk
· Describes product details to customers while taking orders and paying attention to
details (e.g. preferences of dairy and sugar ratios)
· Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, and tea, to patrons
correctly customizes orders as requested.
· Serve beverages and heat up prepared food, like pastries and sandwiches
· Receive and process payments (cash and e-payment)
· Keep the kiosk area clean, sanitizes all equipment, utensils and work areas.
· To practice first-in, first out and keep track and dispose of expired ingredients
· Stamp the takeaway cups during off-peak hours
· Stocks supplies or retail products may inventory, order, or receive products as directed.
· Ensures proper functioning of freezers, chillers and heaters by routinely checking
temperatures of that equipment.
· Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
· Comply with basic food hygiene guideline & regulations
· Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
· Upsell menu items ensuring monthly sales target is achieved
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
