Kiosk Attendant - Part-Time

We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as an attendant/crew member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving acai bowls and drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting your team members in any way necessary. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Prepare and serve bowls and drinks in a timely and efficient manner, following all recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including wiping down surfaces, washing dishes, and disposing of waste.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines, including temperature controls, storage, and labeling.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Attend all required training and development programs, including orientation, on-the-job training, and ongoing education.
• Adhere to all outlet policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• 30hs per week
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Availability to work night shifts (till 10:30pm), including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to learn and follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Singaporean & PR only
