Part-time Mooncake Kitchen Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

Assist the Chefs in mooncake production and food preparation as follows:-

a) Washing, peeling and cutting of fruits & ingredients.

b) Measuring the ingredients accurately

c) Whipping of cream

d) Ensure the raw materials collected from the Store are correct

e) Cooking the filling properly

f) Any other duties as assigned.

Candidates have to ensure that the highest hygienically standard in preparation, storage and handling of food and equipments are adhered to and according to ENV standards.

Duration of the Job - 1 August 2024 to 17 September 2024

Time - Minimum 8 hours work per day (exclude break time)

Requirement - applicant must possess a Food Hygiene Certificate

Rate - $13 - $15 per hour
