Job Description

As a F&B service associate, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service & cuisine that are hallmark of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our fantastic food & beverage offering makes guests feel unique and valued.

• To consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service.
• To greet and escort guests to table, ensuring the highest standards, while striving to exceed the guests expectations.
• To assist in monitoring guests needs, check and coordinate customers needs and promotional offers.
• Have sound knowledge of our food & beverage so as to put customer at ease in a professional manner.
  Check on guests satisfaction, needs and feedbacks with proper follow up.
• Learn and execute all administrative tasks of the outlet, including knowledge of our golfing stimulator.
• Work towards maximizing food & beverage revenue by up-selling and offerings professional, engaging and friendly service.
