Job Description - 1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate #HJN - Part-Time

Duties:

Greet and register patients
Schedule patient appointment
Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Working hours: 5.5 days

Requirements:

Min N/O/A/ Dip in any educational qualifications
Must commit to 1 year
