1 Year Healthier SG Ambassador (Office Hours / GOVT) - Part-Time

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am -430pm
Salary: $12/hr 
Location: Queenstown 


Job Description

• Assist with HSG assisted enrolment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients/residents in outreach settings such as hospitals, designated booths or community settings, via the mobile app or system application.
• Explain to patients the benefits of HSG initiatives and the importance to enrol, make the first visit to review Health Plan with the Primary Care Provider, fulfil the preventive health recommendations and follow up for review annually.
• Attend to HSG related enquiries from patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Able to tolerate standing for 3-4 hours minimally throughout the day.
• Min N / O / A level 
• No experience required as training provided
