6 Months Contract Laboratory Reception Officer #HZTK - Part-Time

Location: Napier

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and billing.
• Handle billing enquiries from patients.
• Receive and process laboratory specimens, including blood and stool samples.
• Print and label barcodes for laboratory samples.
• Perform data entry of patient information into the system.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper handling of laboratory specimens.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC qualification.
• Comfortable handling blood and stool samples.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
