6mths Logistics Assistant - $2.3K To $2.5K #HKH - Part-Time

• Arrange and prepare stocks in advance according to the Sales Representatives' distribution plan.
• Issue stocks to Sales Representatives at the start of each day, ensuring the actual stock quantities issued tally with the Sales Representatives' stock reconciliation report.
• Receive balance stocks from Sales Representatives at the end of each day, ensuring the actual quantities tally with the Sales Representatives' stock reconciliation report.
• Receive deliveries of stocks from external contract warehouses and stack/store them properly while practising FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
• Perform housekeeping duties related to warehouse maintenance to ensure a clean, safe and conducive storage environment.
• Assist in the organisation of market returns, manufacturing fault stocks and stock destruction activities.
• Export inventory data from the system into Excel to perform simple inventory return checks.

Requirements

• Min N / O level
• Some experience in warehouse / logistics is preferred
