Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON) *Palliative Care* - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Responsible for overseeing nursing operations, upholding high standards of palliative care, and leading nursing teams in inpatient, day care, or home care settings

• Clinical Leadership: Ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and patient-centric palliative care, aligned with the hospice's mission.

• Operational Management: Managing day-to-day nursing operations, including staff deployment, infection control, and optimizing resource allocation.

• Quality Assurance: Upholding high nursing standards for patient monitoring, documentation, and treatment protocols.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between families, caregivers, and physicians to coordinate care and leading multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Staff Mentorship & Training: Supervising nurses and care staff, providing training, and participating in palliative care education

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Practising Certificate

• Relevant nursing experience in palliative care, oncology, geriatrics, or related settings preferred

• Minimum 8 years of supervisory or leadership experience in hospital
