Clinic Assistant - Part-Time

Job Summary

You will support daily clinic operations in a private surgical clinic by managing appointment bookings, assisting the doctor during examinations, coordinating follow-ups and procedures, dispensing medication, and handling fee collection.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings to ensure efficient patient scheduling and clinic flow
• Assist the doctor during patient examinations to facilitate smooth clinical processes
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, operating theatre bookings, and scan arrangements to support patient care continuity
• Dispense medication accurately according to prescriptions to ensure patient safety
• Collect fees from patients and maintain accurate transaction records
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff in a multilingual environment to enhance service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate in multiple languages to support diverse patient needs

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Work Environment

• Air-conditioned clinic setting
• 5.5-day workweek
