Clinic Assistant (Part-Time)

We are seeking for dedicated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our healthcare team at Kingston Medical Clinic (Subsidiary of Kingston Medical Group) in 250 Sims Ave! As a Health Screening Personnel, you will contribute to our goals by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our patients.

Responsibilities:

Creating a warm environment for patients by assisting them with their health screening process and addressing their questions

Registration of patients for health screening

Performing health screening duties

Accurately record information required for health screening tests 

Front counter queue management

Operate Clinic Management System

Manage inventory and consumable items

Handle confidential patient's information with utmost discretion and adhere to data protection regulations

Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and ready for each appointment

Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by in-charge

Assist all allied health professionals (X-Ray Radiography & Phlebotomist)

Requirements:

Customer service oriented

No experience required, training will be provided

Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
