CLINIC ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

Job description

Looking for Part-time/Temp Clinic Assistant

• Prior Experience preferred. For those who have no experience but are passionate and have a heart for healthcare, we will be happy to teach you.
• If you would like to try a different kind of clinic working experience compared to a corporate clinic, do get in touch with us.
• Pay ranges $11.70/hr to $14.04/hr depending on experience and work hours (rates inclusive of employer CPF)
• 4 to 20 hours/week, on a Roster Basis
• Able to work weekdays, nights and weekends

Week day shift hours

830am to 130pm

230pm to 430pm

7pm to 9pm

Sat and Sun shift hours

830am to 1230pm

Duties

• Registration of patients / attend to enquiries
• Provide frontline services
• General administrative duties of the clinic
• Perform simple triage and take measurements (height and weight BP etc)
• Dispensing of medications
• Payment collection
• Packing of medications and supplies
• Stock taking
• Assist the doctor in procedures / chaperone
• General maintenance of clinic tidiness / cleanliness
• Ad hoc duties assigned by doctor
• Chaperone female patients during examination
