Clinic / Healthcare Assistant - Part-Time

Job Description & Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments and inquiries
• Prepare and dispense medicines
• Monitor inventory of drugs, and replenish when necessary
• Pack and sterilize equipment; administer UVB machine (training will be provided)
• Assist the doctor in surgical procedures, if required
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
• Handle collections, banking and payment of invoices
• Perform end-of-day closing of accounts
• Perform clerical duties, such as routine filing
• Any other duties to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic

Qualifications:

• Possess Primary/Secondary School/"O" level in any field
• Able to communicate in English
• Computer literate
• Work experience in clinic or hospital preferred
• Responsible, honest, willing to learn, and have good interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month (for Full time)
