Contract Analyst (West/ 1 Year) #HLWT - Part-Time

Key Accountabilities

Agreement Drafting
Drafting of Distributor Agreement, Sales Agency Agreement, Amendment letter and Termination letter using legal approved agreement template to support renewal of existing distributors, product and territory amendment of a distributor and termination of the distributor’s agreement.
Drafting of Letter of authorities to support distributor’s tender application.
Drafting of Ad-Hoc Agreements and letters such as Spot Dealer Agreement and Service Agent Agreement.

Update Distributor record in the database
Maintenance of distributor workflow within the system, raising new workflow for every distributor portfolio amendment or distributor termination.
Tracking of open workflows within the system, ensuring that every workflow is completed timely with signed Agreements uploaded in the system.
Extraction of Distributor tracking list report in the system.

Raising of Purchase orders
To support in processing of payment for Distributor Agreement archive services to third parties.
To support ad-hoc in processing of payment for other Channel related activities.

Due Diligence check support
Validation of Due Diligence Status with compliance team for distributors to be renewed.
Coordination with sales support for collection of Purchase orders for Due Diligence report purchase within the system.
Raising of request for Due Diligence report for Channel Partners within the system.

Audit Support
Preparation of Distributor Agreement copies and distributor list upon audit request.

Tender Letter of Authority Support
Generation of Distributor Tender tracking number for tender letter of Authorities
Validation of tender letter of authority details against Distributor Agreement

Collection of Distributor Fiscal Year Quota
Coordinating with Sales support and Channel Managers for collection and consolidation of Distributor Fiscal Year Quota.

Monitoring of Spot Dealer Sales revenue
Monitor revenue threshold of spot dealers

Requirements

• Min Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience will be added advantage
• Start work within short notice
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
