Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and review industry partnership and research-related agreements
• Coordinate agreement reviews and negotiations across institutions
• Track timelines and follow up on pending agreements
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and policy documents
• Provide administrative and coordination support

Requirements:

• Experience in research contracts management or similar admin work
• Familiar with research grants/funding landscape (advantage)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
