Contract Clinical Project Coordinator - 6months #HHL - Part-Time

Duration: 6months

Salary: Up to 2.8K

Mon-Fri (0830am-1730pm)

Location: Jurong

• Coordinate and communicate all relevant activities internally and externally
• Ensure services meet study requirements in a timely manner
• Finalize logistics requirements with clients
• Release study shipments according to contractual and country requirements
• Coordinate study returns as per project needs
• Provide reports and information to clients promptly
• Ensure processes adhere to established procedures and standards
• Plan and schedule labeling and packaging jobs for clients
• Liaise with internal and external parties for production of materials
• Assist management with various tasks as needed
• Contribute to writing and reviewing departmental SOPs
• Manage and coordinate technical and service aspects of projects
• Participate in client meetings and teleconferences
• Engage in cross-functional business process improvement activities

Requirements:

• Has prior knowledge of warehousing and logistic work practices from the Pharmaceutical industry an advantage
• Min Diploma in Logistics / Supply chain
