Contract Social Service Executive - WEST #HHL - Part-Time

💰 Salary: Up to $3,500/month
📅 Contract: 7 Months (Maternity Cover)
🕒 Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Conduct social and financial assessments for inpatient referrals
• Provide financial counselling and recommendations to patients and families
• Support bed allocation and bed management activities
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Min 3 nyears of social service/social work experience
• Interest in eldercare and healthcare settings
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
