Full Time Clinic Supervisor/Assistant - Part-Time

Job Summary

Join a newly opened family GP clinic in Yishun as a clinic supervisor/assistant to help build the clinic’s culture and support daily medical operations from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Register patients efficiently to ensure smooth clinic workflow and accurate records
• Dispense medications accurately to meet patient treatment plans and safety standards
• Collect payments from patients promptly to maintain financial accuracy and clinic cash flow
• Schedule patient appointments with SGIMED and HAS to optimize clinic scheduling and patient access
• Submit insurance and subsidy claims (VCDSS, CHAS, HSG, TPA) accurately to secure timely reimbursements
• Perform ECG and nebuliser procedures correctly to support patient diagnosis and treatment
• Support overall clinic operations to maintain a well-functioning healthcare environment
