Grant Management #HMS - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer innovation grant programmes.
• Support grant application, evaluation, approval and award processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting papers and grant documentation.
• Organise meetings and provide secretariat support to management committees and review panels.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, claims, KPIs and timelines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including MOH, institutions and funding partners.
• Coordinate national-level workshops, seminars and knowledge-sharing events.
• Support the administration of the National Healthcare Innovation & Productivity (National HIP) Awards.
• Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with SOPs and PDPA requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the team.
