Home Care Staff Nurse (5.5 Days, OH) #HTY - Part-Time

We are looking for Staff nurses who have home care experience strongly aligned with our mission to make care more accessible to people in our community!!

Job Scope:

• Basic Nursing duties/services
• Assessing and planning nursing care for patients
• Providing post and pre operation care to patients
• Dispensing medication.
• Complete inpatient paperwork.
• Prepare and liaise with vendors from medicine to equipment.
• Prepare and list for surgery (calling anaesthetists, OT, support vendors etc).
• Handle incoming calls
• Registration of patients and scheduling appointments
• Ad-hoc duties per assigned

Requirement:

• Valid SNB & BCLS is mandatory
• Staff Nurse candidates who have experience in take cases will be preferred
• Enrolled nurse candidates who have experience in follow senior to take cases will be preferred

Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 1.00pm
