Locum O&G Staff Nurse (Long Term) #HZO - Part-Time

Location: Novena/ Thomson (Must be ok to move around)
Salary: $28/ hr
Working Hours: Any 5 days in a week between Mon- Sat
Mon- Fri (9am - 530pm), Sat (9am - 330pm)

Job Scope:

• Responsible in the administrative duties such as assisting in the reception & registration of patients, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling
• Dispensing of medicines in the clinic
• Assist Doctor in clinical matters such as dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations etc.
• Responsible for following up with patients and their family for long-term yearly reviews;
• Responsible for building good rapport and relationship with patients and their family;
• Responsible in sterilizing the equipment;
• Responsible for stocktaking of drugs at the clinic;
• Responsible for keeping track of medicine administered for patients undergoing IVF;
• Create and maintain reports (daily, weekly and monthly);
• Perform drug administration duties (e.g. stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance);
• Responsible in clinic housekeeping;
• Establish good rapport and better relationships with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements;
• Monitor and upkeep stationery, medical supplies, furniture and equipment at clinics;
• Monitor and follow up on the investigations, X-ray, medical reports and client requests;
• Responsible in taking blood and administering injections under doctor’s supervision;
• Oversee in areas of maintenance, repair and cleaning works of the clinic(s);
• Such other duties in the overall management of the clinic(s) where necessary and/or assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in nursing
• Valid SNB & BCLS
• Any relevant O&G/ IVF experience is preferred
