Job Responsibilities

* Review prescriptions and dispense medications accurately in accordance with established guidelines

* Provide medication counselling and educate patients on the safe and appropriate use of prescribed medications

* Monitor medication therapy and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

* Ensure proper storage, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards

* Maintain accurate pharmacy records and support daily pharmacy operations

Requirements:

* Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution

* Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
