Responsibilities:

• Review medication orders for completeness and appropriateness, performing and documenting necessary interventions.
• Process drug orders and dispense medications to patients.
• Counsel patients on their medications
• Perform medication reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of patient medication records.
• Provide drug information to doctors and nurses

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Able to work 3-4 days a week
