Locum Staff Nurse (Home Care / Interai Certified) #HAL - Part-Time

Location:

Islandwide Home Visits

Have taxi card/grab account for transportation

start and end from HQ at AMK

Locum

Salary: 

$60 per case Weekday, $65 per case Weekends

Working Hours:

Min 3-5 days a week, 830-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning
• Monitor patients' conditions and document care provided
• Educate patients and caregivers on care management
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid SNB and BCLS 

• InterRAI Certified 

• Relevant nursing experience in community care, home care, or related settings would be advantageous
