Logistics Associate (6 Months/SHIPPING MNC) - Northeast/Up To $3.5k #HAO - Part-Time

Salary: up to $3500

Duration: 6 months contract
Working Days & Hours: 0830h – 1730h (M-F), Alt Sat: 0830h – 1230h

Location: Greenwich (islandwide p/up Serangoon, Kovan, Woodlands, Tampines)

Job Description:
Operational Oversight: Managing daily receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations to ensure maximum efficiency.

Team Management: Directing and supervising floor staff, coordinating shift schedules, and monitoring workforce performance.

Inventory & Systems Control: Utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP to track stock levels, process orders, and manage digital records.

Compliance & Documentation: Verifying shipping documents, preparing customs declarations (e.g., TradeNet for Singapore), and ensuring strict adherence to trade regulations.

Client & Vendor Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues, handling client queries, and managing external shipping or courier partners.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
