Manufacturing Supervisor (Pharma) - Part-Time

Job scope:

• Adhere to all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and requirements, always ensuring personal and team safety.
• Promptly report workplace incidents, near misses, hazards, and unsafe conditions.
• Take responsibility for implementing, enforcing, and promoting SHE standards and initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Ensure employees are adequately trained, competent, and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties safely and without health risks.
• Oversee and provide hands-on daily supervision of GMP manufacturing operations and personnel across the manufacturing facility.
• Participate in workforce management activities, including recruitment, training, coaching, performance development, and employee support.
• Manage day-to-day operations within assigned GMP manufacturing suites, including:
• Supervising and supporting manufacturing personnel on the production floor.
• Developing, reviewing, and updating batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and solution preparation documentation to maintain GMP compliance.
• Conducting timely reviews of manufacturing records, batch documentation, worksheets, and related production documents.
• Scheduling manufacturing personnel to ensure production targets and timelines are achieved.
• Reviewing production plans and setting shift assignments based on operational priorities.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are consistently met.
• Collaborating with the management team to achieve operational goals, objectives, and key deliverables.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing process challenges.
• Ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and closure of manufacturing deviations.
• Acting as the lead trainer for manufacturing processes and associated equipment.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinating equipment maintenance and ensuring operational readiness.
