About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join a specialist hand and upper limb rehabilitation clinic. Ideal for Occupational Therapists who are keen to develop their expertise in hand therapy, with structured training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with hand and upper limb conditions and formulate individualized rehabilitation plans
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to maximize functional recovery and independence
• Fabricate, fit, and modify splints while recommending appropriate assistive devices and therapeutic solutions
• Work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy with valid AHPC registration
• Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy experience
• Valid BCLS certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Passionate about rehabilitation and interested in developing specialized hand therapy skills
