Operations Manager, Clinical Research Unit (1-Year) - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee study execution, timelines and cross-functional coordination
• Work closely with sponsors, CROs, pharmacy, recruitment and study teams
• Manage IRB submissions, SOPs, CAPAs, audits and inspections
• Lead and develop the clinical operations team
• Ensure compliance with GCP, protocols and regulatory requirements

Requirements
• Min Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or related discipline
• Strong clinical research site or CRU operations experience
• Experience in project and people management
• Good knowledge of GCP, IRB and regulatory requirements
