Paramedic - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and professional medical care for work-related injuries, illnesses, and emergency situations on-site.
• Act as the first responder during medical emergencies, including administering first aid, CPR, and other life-saving interventions.
• Conduct initial medical assessments and determine the severity of injuries or conditions.
• Arrange and coordinate timely transfer of injured personnel to appropriate off-site healthcare facilities where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all medical incidents, treatments administered, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure proper maintenance, availability, and readiness of medical equipment and supplies on-site.
• Support the implementation of workplace health and safety policies, including emergency response plans.
• Conduct health screenings, basic medical checks, and health awareness initiatives for site personnel.
• Participate in emergency drills and collaborate with the Safety Team to enhance site emergency preparedness.
• Provide guidance to employees on occupational health matters and injury prevention.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Paramedicine & Emergency Care or Work-Study Diploma in Paramedicine, or equivalent qualification.
• Possess valid certification/licensing to practice as a Paramedic in Singapore (where applicable).
• Prior experience in emergency medical response, preferably in construction or industrial environments, would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of first aid procedures, trauma care, and emergency medical protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively under pressure in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with site personnel and external medical providers.
