Part-Time Aesthetic Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic therapist duties for patient’s face and body: e.g. medi facial treatments
• Preparation of patients for aesthetics treatments done by the doctor: e.g. cleansing of the face, applying numbing cream, applying serum on face, photo-taking, etc
• Ensure patient needs are attended to
• Front counter duties including answering phone calls, processing patient registration, arranging doctor’s schedule, calling of patients to remind them of their appointments and maintaining patient relations
• Dispensing of medication and collection of payments
• Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.
• Responsible for ensuring that all patient care records are kept up to date
• Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the consultation rooms and treatment rooms
• Ensure that the pharmacy is well stocked with medications, products and consumables required for patients
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• Prior experience in beauty / aesthetics / clinic
• ITE or higher required
• With a friendly personality
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, and service attitude
• Effectively bilingual
• Able to work on Wed evening, Thu and Fri afternoon.
