Patient Service Associate/ Clinic Assistant #HJN - Part-Time

Duties:
• Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed

* Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries

* Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients

* Support doctors in language translation when needed

* Proper maintenance of patients' records and drug inventory

* Ensure proper maintenance of

clinic

facility for cleanliness and positive image

* Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the

clinic

* Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators

* Assist in coverage of other facilities when required

Requirements:

• Min N/O/A Levels/ Dip or any equivalent relevant qualifications
