Job Description:
The Plaster Technician Assistant supports plaster technicians in providing safe and efficient casting services. The role helps prepare materials, assist with cast procedures, manage follow up appointments, and maintain smooth plaster room operations to ensure timely care and a positive patient experience.
- Assist in cast application and removal
- Manage plaster room supplies and equipment
- Provide basic patient assistance and communication
- Support follow up and appointment arrangements
- Assist with documentation and workflow
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain professional conduct

Job Requirements:
- Min NITEC / Diploma in Healthcare or in any relevant field
- No experience required as training is provided
- Comfortable to wear PPE if required
