Project Coordinator - Part-Time

We're looking for a Project Coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. This role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects in accordance with company objectives and timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with various departments to develop project plans and timelines.
2. Tracking project progress and ensuring that milestones are met.
3. Communicating project updates to stakeholders and key management.
4. Identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project.
5. Managing project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.
6. Using MS Project and Office software to create and update project schedules, Gantt charts, and resource plans.
7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
8. Providing support to project team members as needed.
9. Reporting on project status and outcomes to senior management.
10. Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the project management framework.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project coordination or project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Proficiency in MS Project/ MS Office software and other project management tools.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards is preferred.
7. PMP certification is a plus.
