Psychology Assistant / Administrator

The role of the Psychology Assistant / Administrator is to support Psychologists in providing high quality services to clients and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations as follows: 

1. Reception

• Attend to phone calls, e-mails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner 
• Schedule and manage appointments and intakes
• Safe entry procedures
• Payment collection and invoicing 
• Maintaining general cleanliness 

2. Administrative Duties

• Update and track case progress and client records
• Assist with questionnaire administration
• Assist with preparation of professional resources 
• Assist with preparation for psychological testing

Requirements:

• Part-time (20-25 hrs/week)
• Able to commit for at least 1 year
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and organized 
• Basic IT proficiency required
• Enjoy working with children and families 
• Applicants with Psychology background or experience with special needs preferred
