Responsibilities
• Support planning, implementation, and administration of clinical quality management programmes • Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising policies and supporting documents related to quality management • Collaborate with departments on quality indicators and related clinical quality activities • Provide administrative oversight and review of incident reports • Collaborate with departments on infection prevention and control indicators and activities • Support accreditation and credentialing of healthcare practitioners • Facilitate meetings for the Medical Advisory Board and its Committees • Support hospital licensing, accreditation, and audit matters • Undertake special projects or initiatives assigned by supervisor or senior management
Requirements
• Nursing or Healthcare related Degree preferred • 1-3 years working experience in healthcare organization or hospital setting • Knowledge or experience in quality management standards and practices • Good speaking and writing skills • Well-versed in computer skills including Microsoft Office • Self-disciplined, motivated, self-starter, Meticulous • Effective communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
